Walk-ins are welcome, However, we suggest that you should schedule an appointment.

Cancellation
A twenty four hour cancellation notice is kindly requested to better serve all of our clients.

D’elegance Refund Policy
We do not issue refund on any salon services. However, Should you have any question or concerns about the service that you have received in the salon, please notify the front desk within three days of your service. If you have not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that we can be visually inspect what was performed on you. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist/nail technician who performed the initial service, or with another stylist/nail technician of your choice, at no additional charge to you.

Our Salon
Your beauty, safety, and health are our utmost important priority. We sterilize and sanitize equipment for all services and treatments. Our client will also get their own personal kit for manicure and pedicure.

For your comfort, all of our pedicure chairs are equipped with build – in back massages.

Refreshments are served for your convenience.
